I took Sir Wets-A-Lot out for a walk on this gorgeous, beautiful, Spring! day. I consciously walked out leaving my ID behind and took a mug of water. Lawrence schools don't have school for the next few days; it is the end of the second trimester. Sir Dynamo's conference was last night. He is doing pretty good, solid B+ in reading and math. First parent/teacher conference of the year was yesterday. Now that he is in fourth grade, they have begun using grading systems we can understand -- A-F. Sir Dynamo has a solid "B" in both math and reading, although she said he is one of the best students she has in math and he gets better and better each day.
